Head of Collections

Head of Collection will be responsible for overseeing the company's collection and recovery matters while also ensuring that all recovery related activities are in compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements; including credit administration and collection activities.

The candidate will be leading and managing a team of credit administrators and collection professionals in ensuring all key metrics assigned are met which includes but not limited to the following.

• To implement and ensure credit admin and recovery framework to be within the acceptable decisioning framework and in compliance with internal and external guidelines/procedures/limits.
