As a Head of Commercial, Vietnam, your main responsibilities will include:
Set and execute the Vietnam commercial strategy in line with regional priorities and local market opportunity.Own end-to-end P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.Define channel strategy across channels to build balanced expansion.Identify and secure growth levers - new partnerships, new doors, portfolio opportunities, and strategic initiatives.Strengthen cross-functional execution across marketing, operations, finance, IT, and other key stakeholders.Elevate client experience and retail standards across physical and digital touchpoints.Use analytics and insights to optimize productivity, efficiency, and qualitative brand growth.
