Responsibilities
- Create Design Pitches
- Use AI for Concept Creations and always look out for automation for design production works
- Manage Resources within the team to suit the project needs
- Lead Design and Change Management as per the need of the Client/Investors and Stake holders.
- Lead a team of Architects (Design and Technical) CAD/BIM Technicians /Visualizers/Graphic Designers to deliver projects from Feasibility till Schematics. And act as a Design Guardian till TOK Preparation.
- Key Deliverables shall be as follows
- Feasibility
- Pre-Concept
- Concept
- Preliminary Design Approval Kit
- Sales and Marketing Kit as per the benchmarks of the Studio.
- Promote teamwork within architectural and multi-disciplinary teams maintaining positive moral and instilling a creative culture within the team.
