We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Construction to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale residential projects including luxury high-rise developments and township projects. The role requires strong expertise in modern construction technologies such as Mivan, robust knowledge of quality control (QC) and ISO standards, and proven leadership in managing large teams and complex project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee complete construction lifecycle from planning to project handover
Manage execution of high-rise luxury residential and township projects
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Drive implementation of Mivan / advanced formwork systems for efficient construction
