Company: Venture Smarter Location: Remote Salary: $7,500 – $9,000/month (depending on experience) The Role As the Head of Customer Experience and Operations, you will be responsible for leading our customer support, onboarding, retention, and internal operations teams. Your mission will be to ensure world-class customer experiences while building scalable systems and workflows that support our next phase of growth.
