This is an exciting opportunity to lead amitted Languages department within a school that values academic excellence, inclusivity, and high-quality teaching and learning.

Your new role

As Head of MFL, you will lead the delivery of French and Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to oversee and develop Key Stage 5 provision. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of the department, curriculum planning, and driving improvements in student attainment and engagement in languages.Key responsibilities include:

Leading and managing the MFL department, including staff development and performance
