A. Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and implement the departments strategic plan.
- Define goals, KPIs, and performance targets in alignment with the organizations objectives.
- Lead initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
B. Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflows.
- Establish, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Allocate resources effectively to support departmental activities.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of departmental outputs and services.
