Head of Detection (Real-Time Intelligence & Defense Systems)

We are seeking an experienced Head of Detection to lead the design and evolution of our real-time intelligence and defense systems across a complex, high-volume digital ecosystem. This is a mission-critical leadership role focused on building systems that can detect risks, anomalies, and hidden signals in real time, enabling the business to respond rapidly and intelligently across products, platforms, data environments, and operational workflows.
The ideal candidate combines strong systems thinking, deep technical expertise in streaming data and AI/ML, and the ability to translate fragmented signals into actionable intelligence at scale.
