My client is an established beauty online retail business based in London looking for a Head of Acquisition. This is a fantastic opportunity to join them at this crucial time in their growth period and be responsible for driving their customer acquisition.

You will be responsible for maximising customer acquisition by developing all strategy across PPC and Paid Social, Affiliate marketing and SEO. You will be responsible for analysing performance channels and using this analysis to further underpin strategy that drives web traffic and enhances conversion rates. You will be responsible for developing engaging content and social media campaigns that focus on customer engagement and acquisition. You will be responsible for ensuring that all digital marketing initiatives around acquisition and performance channels are fully integrated.
