Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital and AI product portfolios.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation, design, development to launch, adoption and scaling.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, data science, marketing, operations and business leaders) to deliver innovative and impactful AI‑enabled products.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance, customer adoption and business impact.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital and AI technologies, industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
