Head of E-Commerce & Omnichannel

Our client is a regional retail group operating across physical stores marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels. The business views digital commerce as a core growth engine and is investing heavily in platforms and customer experience.

The Head of E-Commerce & Omnichannel will own the digital revenue stream across all online channels. This role will oversee platform performance, customer acquisition, conversion optimisation and digital merchandising. A key mandate will be integrating online and offline experiences to create a seamless omnichannel journey. The role will manage cross-functional teams across marketing, technology and operations. This position will also lead partnerships with marketplaces, payment providers and logistics partners.
