Position of the Purpose:
The Head of Elementary is responsible for providing professional leadership and management of the teaching team and students to ensure the provision of quality education and care of children is provided.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:- To lead and manage the day to day running of all grades
- Use excellent education experience, knowledge, pedagogic and interpersonal skills to manage staff for excellent student outcomes.
- Ensure the health and safety of children and staff is maintained during all activities.
- To develop a team culture that affirms and improves team effectiveness.
- Provide a high standard developmentally based educational program to meet the needs of children.
