The Head of Engineering Experience and Platforms is responsible for championing the productivity, satisfaction, and continuous growth of our engineering community. This role ensures that engineers are empowered with intelligent, automated, and AI augmented tools, processes, and platforms that accelerate the delivery of high quality software at scale. Reporting to the Head of Engineering and Delivery Enablement, this leader will shape the future of our development ecosystem by embedding AI native and agentic capabilities throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The team will own the creation and evolution of a seamless, scalable, and frictionless engineering environment—one that anticipates needs, orchestrates workflows, and reduces cognitive load through AI automation and smart developer assistance.
