• Demonstrated success scaling and leading high‑performing engineering organizations of 30–100+ engineers across onsite, nearshore, and offshore delivery models.
• Deep expertise in consumer and/or private banking platforms, payments infrastructure, and core banking integration.

Technical Expertise
