Maintenance and development of the Bank’s Risk Strategy, Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework, Risk Appetite and Risk Taxonomy Oversight of Prudential, Operational and Enterprise-wide Risks (Strategic, Reputational, Models and Financial Risks from Climate Change) PRA relationship and prudential regulatory horizon scanning Frameworks and Policies owned in the 2nd Line relating to Financial, Operational and Enterprise-wide Risks Engagement across other 2nd Line Heads and respective teams (Compliance and Credit), 1st Line stakeholders, and the Group Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk and Financial Risk Management teams 2nd Line reporting of the Bank’s risk profile, with escalation of risks or and issues outside of appetite, both internally and externally Role Requirements
