A growing private equity real estate investment firm is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance & Accounting to lead the firm’s financial operations, reporting infrastructure, and fund accounting function.

This leadership role will oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, compliance, investor reporting, and operational finance across multiple real estate funds and affiliated entities. The position offers high visibility with ownership and broad exposure across fund operations, corporate finance, and investment activity.
