Job Description

• you’ll lead a 13‑person finance team in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Exposure to a group structure with multiple legal entities
• Strategic ownership of cashflow, treasury, and profitability decisions
• Real influence at EXCO and senior stakeholder level
• Hands‑on involvement in system transformation (Accpac -> Sage X3)
• Meaningful involvement across commercial finance, M&A support, and investments
• Hybrid working in a central, easily accessible CBD location
• Group‑level cashflow, treasury, and liquidity strategy
• Forex and investment risk management (this is non‑negotiable)
• Financial decision‑making around cost optimisation and profitability
