CareerWise Recruitment is partnering with a prominent Galway-based company to recruit a dynamic Head of Health & Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ). The Head of HSEQ is responsible for defining, leading, and continuously enhancing the organisation’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental strategy across all business units. This role ensures full compliance with Irish, Northern Ireland, and EU legislative requirements, as well as alignment with Group standards and industry best practice.

Operating at a strategic level, the Head of HSEQ provides leadership and governance to deliver a consistent, proactive, and high-performing HSEQ function across the island of Ireland. A key focus of the role is to foster a strong safety and quality culture that protects people, the environment, assets, and the organisation’s reputation, while enabling operational excellence and supporting sustainable business growth.
