Introduction to the job

Work as HMI Japan Field team manager and drive collaborate with San Jose Product team and local account CT/ sales manager to setup and execute new product penetration strategy, lead the new product technical engagement project for inspection and metrology new tool adoption at customer R&D and HVM. Take the end to end full responsibility for the success of technical & product engagement

Role and responsibilities

·Manage new product engagement with customer meetings and bringing customer technical requirements to product marketing and Account Team.

·Develop strong marketing strategy &business acumen to meet customer technical requirement.

·The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills (both Japanese and English) and passion for customer engagement with company product offering.
