Main Purpose of Role

To serve as a strategic partner to the APAC leadership team and overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions across Australasia, Greater China, India, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia. This role is responsible for driving business success through organizational growth, talent attraction, development and engagement and creating a safe and inclusive environment for all colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

• Drive and implement HR strategies aligned with APAC business goals and STS/Group HR objectives
• Act as a voice for APAC with STS/Group HR through influence and insights
• Serve as a trusted advisor to APAC and operating company (OpCo) leadership teams on all people-related matters; proactively identify and act on issues identified
