Head of HSSEQ

We are seeking an experienced Head of HSSEQ who will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality across offshore and marine operations. This role ensures compliance with international maritime regulations, promotes a strong safety culture, and drives continuous improvement in operational risk management.


Duties & Responsibilities



Strategic HSSEQ Leadership and Policy Development

Provides strategic oversight and guidance to the company’s QHSE Teams, ensuring they achieve or surpass targets and standards for safety, quality, and legislative compliance. Facilitates coordination and alignment of objectives across teams through indirect leadership and collaborative support.
