Head of Investment

The client is seeking a Head of Investment for its pension fund management team, overseeing nearly 5 billion euros in assets under management. The role involves executing investment strategies and analyzing portfolio performance within a complex financial environment, including technical, administrative, legal, and actuarial aspects. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO, manage a small team of experts, and collaborate with the CFO on various financial aspects such as accounting, budgeting, and business model considerations. This position requires the ability to master asset classes, negotiate fee structures, and produce documentation for investment committees and boards.
