Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Understands and carries out IT support in line with Vision and Mission, philosophy, Goals and Objectives that suit the scope of IT services and the hospital.
- Understands the service organization structure.
- Attends meetings held by the services in order to discuss issues and matters pertaining to the operation of the service.
- Receives calls from staff and provides IT support.
- Ensures the following are properly carried: Backup, Troubleshoot, Implementation of new projects, Management of master files, Preventive maintenance, Procurement, Security.
- Supervises IT staff in daily running of IT Services.
- Informs the Operations Manager when changes occur in circumstances that affect standard of IT Services.
