Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced learning and development professional to join a well-established training provider as Head of Learning and Programme Development. This senior role is central to the design, development, and delivery of impactful executive education and professional training programmes.

The Role

As Head of Learning and Programme Development, you will lead on shaping innovative, market-responsive training solutions. You’ll ensure all programmes are well-designed and aligned to client needs, while also expanding into new subject areas.
