Head of Legal (8 to 12 PQE)– Digital Infrastructure Platform (PE Backed)

Our client is a newly established, PE-backed digital infrastructure platform with ambitious regional growth plans across Asia. As the business enters its next phase of expansion, they are looking to appoint a Head of Legal as a key pioneer hire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to join a high-growth platform at an early stage and play a critical role in shaping the legal function, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and working closely with senior management, investors and external advisers.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, pragmatic and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• You will act as the lead legal adviser for the business and support a broad range of legal and commercial matters, including:
• Advising senior management and investors on legal, regulatory and commercial matters across the platform.
