Position Overview:
- Team Size: 5
- Salary Range: RM 17,000 - RM 20,000
Oversee all the company's legal matters and provide legal advice to ensure compliance with operational legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Development: Lead and develop the company's legal strategies and ensure legal compliance.
- Advisory Role: Advise management and department heads on a broad range of legal and compliance matters.
- Legal Support: Provide legal advice and support on issues such as legal, contractual, litigation, commercial law, and adherence to statutory or regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify legal risks proactively and offer advice on all corporate operational legal matters to ensure compliance.
