Description

We are hiring a founding Head of Marketing to build and lead our marketing department from the ground up. You will lead a small offshore team, stand up the systems and processes that support 50+ Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), and own the brand, content, and automation that drives our growth. This is a build role for a hands‑on leader who can both set strategy and execute alongside the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy and roadmap : Quarterly marketing planning, KPI tracking, and weekly reporting to US leadership.
