Head of Mechanical Engineering

The Company is seeking a Head of Mechanical Engineering to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing the mechanical engineering strategy and roadmap, leading and developing teams across design, analysis, and validation, and overseeing mechanical design for precision motion, thermal systems, complex mechanisms, frames, and tooling. This role requires ensuring that designs meet performance, reliability, cost, manufacturability, and safety requirements, as well as driving DFM/DFA, NPI, reliability improvements, and root‑cause analysis.

Collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including electrical, software, process, quality, and manufacturing, is essential, as is championing continuous improvement and the introduction of new materials, mechanisms, and technologies.
