Scope

Responsibilities

Originate and lead M&A, platform build-ups, brownfield and greenfield opportunities across WEEE, e-waste recycling, metals recovery, battery recycling, and related circular economy assets.

Define and execute platform growth strategy across Spain and value chain segments.

Assess Spanish market based on regulation, feedstock availability, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Ensure strong alignment with WEEE directives, national e-waste regulations, environmental permits and ESG frameworks.

Own and drive long-term strategic plan.

Lead post‑acquisition integration and value creation initiatives.

Leadership & Impact
