We are looking for an experienced operations leader to join a rapidly scaling MedTech organization operating across India and international markets.

This is a strategic leadership role with end-to-end ownership across:

• Customer Success

• Customer Support

• Field Service Operations

• Inventory & Logistics

• Operational Excellence & Scalability

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong MedTech exposure; this is a mandatory requirement for the role.

The ideal candidate has built and scaled operational systems in high-growth environments and brings deep experience managing cross-functional operational teams.
