The organisation manages end-to-end project execution, including installation, commissioning, and operations & maintenance. They are expanding their operations nationwide and looking for Head of Operations to join their team based in Kota Damansara!

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & P&L Management

• Own the operational P&L for the region/market, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and achieving financial targets for revenue, cost, and profitability.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company goals for growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, forecast needs, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.
