Our client, a high‑growth, award‑winning travel business specialising in the cruise sector, is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Head of People to lead and evolve its People and Development function.

This is a senior leadership appointment, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and will be a confident People professional who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational level.
