The Role

• Performance Ownership: Lead and scale performance marketing activities across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and others.
• Strategic Leadership: Define the overall strategy, oversee budget allocation, and drive execution across 10+ markets.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketing specialists.
• Optimization & Testing: Design and execute testing frameworks, attribution models, and full‑funnel optimization strategies.
