Head of Performance Management

The Head of Performance Management will lead the design, development, and institutionalization of a company-wide performance management system that drives accountability, alignment, and business results.

Lhoopa is a fast-growing Philippine proptech that has delivered over 7,000 homes across 60+ cities. As the company scales, it is significantly raising the bar on performance measurement across the organization. AI is already embedded in Lhoopa's operations, and this role is expected to leverage it actively.

This is a high-impact, build-from-scratch role covering the full performance lifecycle — from KPI design to reviews, calibration, and rewards. We are looking for someone who has built, not just managed.
