Head of Performance Marketing — Marketplace Growth

Bark.com Global Limited. is searching for a Head of Performance Marketing in the Philippines to join our Marketing leadership team. You will own the entire paid acquisition stack across multiple channels, managing a multi-million annual budget across 11 markets. You will take charge during a critical transformation phase as we transition from a lead generation model to a full marketplace platform.

This position requires strong experience in performance marketing within a two-sided marketplace, significant background in managing paid budgets, and a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
