Head of Performance Systems & HR Governance

KPJ HEALTHCARE BERHAD is looking for an experienced HR professional to lead the performance management strategy. Your role will involve designing and implementing systems that ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background and at least 5 years of experience in performance management. Responsibilities also include training and developing staff on performance management best practices, as well as ensuring compliance with governance standards.
