Head of Powertrack/General Manager (O&M Division)

Overview
The Head of Powertrack leads the full commercial, operational, and strategic direction of Solarvest’s O&M business. This role is responsible not only for delivering high-performance asset management for solar plants, but also for transforming Powertrack into a regional MV/HV O&M and critical infrastructure services provider .

This position requires a leader with strong technical understanding, commercial sharpness, and an entrepreneurial drive to scale the business , unlock new revenue streams, and elevate Powertrack’s market position. You must bring the discipline of a system operator, the mindset of a business owner, and the confidence to build and lead a high-performance organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Expansion

• Lead the strategic roadmap for Powertrack, including market positioning, business model revamp, service diversification, and regional expansion.
