Head of Process Development (80-100%)

To strengthen our CMC organization and support the advancement of our growing pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Head of Process Development (Director).

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and driving end-to-end process development strategies across upstream (USP) and downstream (DSP) for DARPin therapeutics. You will lead internal teams and collaborate closely with external CDMOs to ensure the development of robust, scalable and compliant manufacturing processes from early development through GMP production. You will oversee technology transfers, GMP manufacturing activities, and contribute to regulatory submissions, while ensuring high‑quality material supply for preclinical and clinical studies.

Requirements

• PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field;
