Head – Production | Solar Panel Manufacturing Industry: Solar PV Module Manufacturing About the Role Lead end‑to‑end production operations for a high‑capacity Solar PV Module Plant. Drive excellence across module assembly (stringing, lay‑up, lamination, framing, junction box fixing, testing, packing). Ensure productivity, yield improvement, safety, and cost optimization in a fast‑paced manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities Production Operations : Manage complete module manufacturing lines; achieve output targets. Manufacturing Excellence : Implement Lean, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, OEE improvement.
