Opportunity Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Head of Quality to lead our 500 Bedded Multi-Specialty hospitals Quality, Accreditation, and Patient Safety programs at Bangalore. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving JCI and NABH audits, overseeing compliance, and embedding a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization. The role reports directly to the Chief Executive (CE).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Quality Leadership:
Develop and execute the hospital-wide Quality & Safety strategy aligned with best clinical and operational practices.
Advise the Chief Executive and senior leadership team on all matters related to quality, accreditation, and patient safety.
