Head of Quality – Precision Sheet Metal & Mechatronics

Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd is seeking a Head of Quality in Penang, Malaysia, to lead their Quality Management System (QMS) across all production stages. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in precision sheet metal fabrication and necessary skills in quality management methodologies.

This role involves improving QMS, conducting audits, and leading a quality team to ensure high standards in manufacturing processes.

Excellent command of English and Mandarin is required for effective communication with global clients and teams.
