Job Description
The Head of R&D will lead and coordinate all R&D efforts of the group and is pivotal for driving innovation and advancing technological capabilities. As member of the division management and a direct reporting line to the CEO, this person will manage:
- Strategic and operational management of the R&D center with complete responsibility for budget and results
- A multidisciplinary R&D team of mechanical, electrical, hardware and software teams
