Job Summary

Omya is seeking a visionary Head of Research & Development Services to lead a global team of scientific experts and drive innovation across disciplines such as material science, surface and aqueous chemistry, mineral sciences, and biology. This role is instrumental in shaping Omya’s scientific reputation and future readiness through leadership, strategic collaboration, and impactful research.

As a key member of the R&D Leadership Team, the successful candidate will define and execute a forward‑looking strategy, foster a high‑performing and agile organization, and position R&D Services as a cornerstone of Omya’s innovation ecosystem.
