Position: Head of RetailMedia Advertisement
Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days work-from-home)
Location: Paranaque City, Monday to Friday
Job Summary
We are seeking a Retail Media Head to build, lead, and scale our Retail Media business. This role has full P&L responsibility and will drive revenue growth by enabling suppliers and marketplace sellers to advertise through data-driven channels to a member base.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full P&L and achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Develop pricing models, commercial strategies, and ad offerings
- Lead onboarding and relationship management of suppliers and sellers
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution (banners, push, SMS, email, etc.)
- Track and optimize performance (ROAS, ROI, attributed sales) Collaborate with commercial, marketing, data, and tech teams
