We are seeking a commercially driven and technically fluent Head of Revenue & Client Success Management to lead growth at swissQuant serving our wealth management and capital market clients.

swissQuant operates across two core business areas:

• Capital Markets: delivering model validation and risk consulting solutions that support regulatory compliance and competitiveness for clearing houses, exchanges, and market infrastructures
• Wealth Management: providing Private Banks, Independent Asset Managers, and Family Offices with advanced investment advisory and portfolio management solutions, powered by best‑in‑class risk and optimization engines

This role combines revenue ownership, client success leadership, and hands‑on sales execution. You will drive new business, manage strategic accounts, lead RFPs and complex sales cycles, and ensure long‑term client value.
