Role Overview
This leadership role is responsible for steering the enterprise toward full retail readiness by enhancing sales productivity and operational efficiency. The position focuses on implementing a scalable retail sales strategy while leading enterprise‑wide initiatives in data‑driven insights and capability development.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years in retail sales, with experience spanning both B2B and B2C solution environments.
- At least 7 years in sales enablement, transformation, or transition initiative roles, including a minimum of 5 years managing sales teams.
