Head of Security Investigation and Intelligence

• Plan and manage investigations into potential breaches of the Group’s Code of Business Ethics (CoBE), group policies and relevant national and international laws governing the MISC Group in all its business locations. Investigations may involve, but are not limited to, fraud, theft, bribery and corruption, conflict of interest, and may involve employees, vendors/suppliers and others in the value chain.
• Manage intelligence and research to support the formulation of strategic vision and evaluation.
• Plan and develop sustainable security ideas to proactively prepare, adapt and embrace the opportunities that emerge from energy shipping and its related activities.
• Manage and monitor developments of strategic plans to key business initiatives by advising on required measures.
• Liaise closely with the Compliance team and act in the role of Compliance Champion for Group HSSE.
