As our Head of Service Sales Finland, you will lead a team of Services Sales Representatives. Your mission will be to develop a high-performance team, drive collaboration with other sales teams in Schneider Electric, while also managing some key accounts and opportunities yourself.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the team of Services Sales Representatives and act as a people manager according to our values and leadership code.
• Contribute to the development of Schneider Electric’s business in Finland as a member of the Country Leadership team and the Nordic Baltic Global service leadership team.
• Drive sales excellence across account management and pipeline management.
