About the role

As Head of HR Shared Service Center & APAC Countries, you are accountable for end-to-end HR service delivery across the APAC region, operating through a scalable Shared Service Center model. You lead both HR Operations and Talent Attraction service delivery, ensuring consistency, compliance, and measurable performance across countries. At senior leadership level, you translate global People strategy into regional execution, driving operational excellence, process standardization, and digital enablement to deliver a high quality employee and manager experience at scale.
