Role Summary
This role holds end-to-end accountability for the companys tax strategy, governance, and regulatory engagement. The Head of Tax serves as a key adviser to executive leadership, managing complex tax structures and large-scale operations while maintaining strong working relationships with tax authorities and external regulators.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and drive the organizations overall tax strategy, governance framework, and risk posture
- Provide leadership over all tax functions, including direct tax, indirect tax, tax audits, and tax planning
- Act as the primary point of contact with tax authorities and external stakeholders, including regulators and advisors
- Oversee tax compliance and statutory reporting across multiple manufacturing sites nationwide
